My journey. My voice. Our mission.

My name is Tiffany Smith, and I am a U.S. Navy veteran, creative professional, and advocate for women veterans navigating transition, healing, and rebuilding after military service.

I served 5.5 years in the United States Navy as an Information Technology Technician Second Class Petty Officer, including service aboard the USS Paul Hamilton and at the National Security Agency through Fort Meade, Maryland.

Like many women veterans, my transition after service was not easy. After leaving the military, I experienced homelessness and periods of instability while trying to rebuild my life and identity outside of uniform. Those experiences changed the way I view service, community, and support systems for veterans — especially women veterans.

Today, I use my platform, professional experience, and lived experience to advocate for women veterans facing housing insecurity, mental health recovery, and life transition challenges.

Through the Ms. Veteran America 2026 campaign, my goal is to help bring awareness to the growing population of homeless women veterans and their children while building meaningful partnerships rooted in advocacy, visibility, and community impact.

I believe in showing up every day for yourself and being the change you want to see in the world.
